• Supplemental Figure 1 - A number of mnk p6,aubHN2/ mnk p6,aubQC42 embryos only showed a single Dodeca focus. However, this was associated with a decrease in the relative intensity of fluorescence, indicating potential loss of Dodeca satellite sequences. In these embryos which exhibited a large number of single Dodeca foci, Dodeca pairing status was not assayed.
